fk111 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Agreement

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the fk111 website accessible at fk111.io, including all sub-pages, services, tools, applications, and content made available thereon.
• "fk111", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the fk111 online betting and casino platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a User's fk111 Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds not yet released.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other available market on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fk111 Platform, creating an Account, completing the fk111 login process, making any deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

fk111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by fk111, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing use:

• One account per person: Each User may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, email address, payment method, or IP address used.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly notify fk111 of any changes to your registered information.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fk111 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility.
• Notification of breach: You must notify fk111 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or the email address provided in these Terms.
• Account non-transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

fk111 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fk111 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Accepted payment methods: fk111 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• Matching payment method: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit, except where otherwise approved by fk111 in writing. The registered payment account must be in the name of the Account holder.
• Withdrawal processing times: fk111 endeavours to process approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days. These timescales are targets only and not guaranteed.
• Verification prior to withdrawal: fk111 reserves the right to complete identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• No third-party transactions: Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction may result in the funds being frozen and the Account being suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

fk111 offers a range of promotional bonuses, welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users who have completed identity verification and made at least one qualifying deposit. Only one welcome offer per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been used or are subject to incomplete wagering requirements may expire after a specified number of days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.
• Contribution rates: Different game types contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, slots, and fishing games may each carry different contribution percentages, as specified per promotion.
• Abuse of bonuses: fk111 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts, or exploiting promotional errors.

fk111 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review individual promotion pages for the most current terms applicable to each offer.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the fk111 Platform is subject to the following rules:

• Finality of bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User. fk111 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that have already concluded, where odds were published in error, or where technical errors affected the bet placement process.
• Odds accuracy: fk111 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that odds are accurate at the time of display. However, where a manifest error in odds is identified, fk111 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion. A manifest error is defined as an odds price that is materially inconsistent with prevailing market rates.
• Event cancellations: Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the applicable result is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with fk111's specific sport rules for that event type, as published on the Platform.
• Maximum winnings: fk111 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day, as specified in the Platform's betting rules section. Any winnings in excess of applicable limits will not be paid out.
• Casino RNG games: All random number generator (RNG) casino games use certified RNG software. Game results are determined by the software at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the User after the round has commenced.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented by the game provider. Where a technical disconnection occurs during a live game round, the round result will stand as determined by the game provider's system records.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fk111 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any advantage over other users or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of casino games, including but not limited to poker collusion or coordinated live betting patterns.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with fk111.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits on the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates the processing of proceeds of crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to access another User's Account or the Platform's back-end systems without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation from fk111.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fk111 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of fk111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of fk111.

Game content, including graphics and software provided by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming, remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the provider's own licensing terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fk111 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard login credentials.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or maintenance periods affecting Platform availability.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform.
• Any failure by fk111 to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond fk111's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, or natural disasters.

fk111's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

11 Privacy and Data

fk111 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Account Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms and close the Account at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Termination by you: You may close your Account at any time by contacting fk111 support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending bets must be settled and any outstanding wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be forfeited. Any remaining real-money Balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.
• Termination by fk111: fk111 may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect if you breach any provision of these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent or criminal activity, or if fk111 is required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory obligation. In the event of termination for cause, fk111 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings within your Account.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. fk111 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming and betting platforms in the relevant jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and fk111 in connection with your Account or any transaction, you should first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. fk111 will endeavour to investigate and resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body. fk111 will provide details of the applicable dispute resolution process upon request. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
